I was commissioned to create a set of construction drawings for a backyard studio shed in Charleston, SC. It is a unique modern design that had to accommodate multiple property line setbacks, as well as existing trees that the owner wanted to preserve. The owner selected James Hardie Siding and exterior trim, and a unique modular faux stone foundation covering.
